Questions

Who needs a seat?: The people who use Releavo's AI: product owners, PMs, BAs, designers, engineers, QA. Client stakeholders who read, comment and approve don't need one. You choose the number of seats; they all feed one pool, so a light user's credits cover a heavy one's.
What happens when the credits run out?: On Free, Releavo's AI pauses until next month's refill or a credit pack. On Team and Pro it keeps working, and what's used past the included credits is billed at $0.01 a credit on your next invoice, up to a monthly spend limit you set ($100 to start). Admins get an email at 80% and at the limit.
Do unused credits carry over?: Plan credits refill at the start of each period and don't carry over. Credits from packs last until they're used.
What does it cost when Releavo writes code?: Its AI usage and the dev box's running time come from the same credits: about 5, 25 or 50 credits an hour for a small, medium or large box, which switches itself off when nothing runs. Each session stops at its own credit limit, 1,500 credits unless you set another.
Can we use our own model?: Yes. On Team and Pro an admin can run the workspace's AI on your own Anthropic key, Claude on Amazon Bedrock or Microsoft Foundry, or another model through OpenRouter or any server with Anthropic's Messages API. Releavo doesn't charge credits for AI you pay for yourself; coding boxes still use credits for their running time.
What counts as a seat on a self-hosted licence?: Anyone with a working role in a project, and workspace admins. Client stakeholders are free. There's 10% room over the licence so nobody is stopped mid-onboarding, and you true up at renewal.
Does a self-hosted install need the internet?: Only to reach your model, if it isn't on your network. The licence is a signed key the install checks itself. Online installs check in once a day, which renews the key with your subscription; offline ones take a key pasted in. A new install runs for 30 days for up to 10 people before it needs one.
What happens when a self-hosted licence ends?: Nothing stops for 14 days. After that Releavo's AI pauses until it's renewed. Docs, stories and everything else stay readable and editable; nothing is deleted.
Does using Releavo from Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT cost credits?: Reading and updating the project from any AI app connected over MCP is free. Asking Releavo, or having it build a story, uses credits as it does in Releavo.
What does Releavo do in the background?: When a connected repository changes or a synced tool has news, Releavo reads it and updates the project. That work uses the workspace's credits like a question does, and stops when they're gone.
Can I change or cancel?: Any time, in the billing portal. More seats or Pro take effect at once with the extra credits; fewer seats, Team or cancelling take effect at the next renewal.
Which currency?: Prices are in US dollars; Checkout can show them in your local currency. Stripe handles cards, invoices and receipts.
