Terms of service
The agreement for using Releavo, in plain words.

These terms are the agreement between you and Releavo ("we") for using releavo.app, the Releavo apps, and Releavo's MCP server. If you use Releavo for an organisation, you agree for it, and confirm you're allowed to. Creating an account, or using Releavo, means you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.
Your account
- Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
- You must be 16 or older.
- A workspace belongs to the organisation it's for. Its admins decide who's in it, what each person can do, its plan and its connected tools, and can remove people.
Your content
What you and your team put in Releavo, and what Releavo writes for you, is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people your workspace allows, only so we can run Releavo for you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload and to connect the tools you connect.
Releavo's AI
- Releavo's AI can be wrong. What it writes is a draft until the person whose role owns that doc approves it, and the code it writes arrives as a draft pull request for your team to review. You decide what to rely on and what to ship.
- When your team asks, Releavo acts in the tools you've connected (creating an issue, publishing a page, pushing to its own branch). Those actions happen in those tools under your agreement with them.
- Don't use Releavo to make anything unlawful or harmful, or to get around the safety rules of the AI providers we use.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or use Releavo to attack, spam or phish anyone;
- try to reach data or accounts that aren't yours, or get around Releavo's permissions or limits;
- overload the service, or scrape it;
- resell Releavo, or offer it as part of your own service, without our written agreement.
Security research that follows our Security page is welcome.
Plans, credits and billing
- Plans. Free, Team and Pro, as on the pricing page. Team and Pro are billed per seat, monthly in advance, through Stripe, in US dollars plus any taxes that apply.
- Credits. Releavo's AI work is measured in credits: one credit is US$0.01 (a question is about 30). Each plan adds credits to the workspace's pool every month; they don't carry over. Credits from packs last until they're used.
- Past the included credits. On Free, Releavo's AI pauses until the next month or a credit pack. On Team and Pro it keeps working, and what's used past the included credits is billed on the next invoice, up to the monthly spend limit an admin sets ($100 to start).
- Your own model. If a workspace uses its own model provider, it pays that provider directly; we don't charge credits for AI it pays for itself. Coding dev boxes still use credits for their running time.
- Changes and cancelling. Admins change seats or plans, or cancel, in the billing portal; more seats take effect at once, and fewer seats, a lower plan or cancelling take effect at the next renewal. Payments aren't refunded for part of a billing period, except where the law requires it. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you.
- Unpaid invoices. If payment fails and isn't fixed, we may pause the workspace's paid features.
Self-hosted licences
A self-hosted licence lets your organisation run Releavo on its own servers for the term and number of seats you bought. The licence key is checked by the install itself. If a licence ends, nothing stops for 14 days; after that Releavo's AI pauses until it's renewed, and your data stays readable. You run and secure your own install.
The service
We work to keep Releavo running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance. Tools and providers we connect to can change or stop on their own.
Ending
You can stop using Releavo at any time, and workspace admins can delete projects and leave or close a workspace. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms or puts others at risk; where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it or to export your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those:
- Releavo is provided as it is, without other promises.
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data you could have kept a copy of.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what your workspace paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. For a change that matters to you, we'll email workspace admins at least 30 days before it applies. Using Releavo after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute.
